I don’t usually like to leave negative reviews but honestly this company got me feeling like I’d lost my mind. I had an appointment last week in person after having a phone call from them. They cancelled due to a dental emergency and rearranged for today at 1pm in person. At 10:28am I received a call saying that my phone call appointment for 10:30am will have to be cancelled as the audiologist is unwell. I said I didn’t have a phone call appointment at 10:30am it’s an in person one at 1pm. So now, very confused they told me it was a phone call appointment only that was in the diary. One id already had. Very confusing and honestly, do I have an in person one or not? How can someone assess your hearing needs down the phone? I already have NHS hearing aids which I’m not really getting on with very well but honestly, the number of times this company have called me to cancel appointments. Called me to cancel appointments that didn’t exist, will someone be waiting for me to turn up at 1pm now? I have absolutely no idea because right now I’m very confused. This company honestly don’t seem to know what they’re doing. I can’t review what the appointments are actually like as it seems you’re very lucky if you actually get one that is carried out. I’ve lost track of how many appointments were cancelled and how many I actually had and how many I didn’t have. All I know now is that by making ONE enquiry for a trial of hearing aids, it’s given them carte blanche to call me as many times as they want. Book appointments I do and don’t know about and mess me about something wicked. I actually rearranged an appointment today to accommodate this one. My son has cancer too so I can’t just be making loads of appointments far away from his school or from home. If you make an appointment- 1) Write down the time correctly. 2) Write down the date correctly. 3) is it in person or phone? Have it recorded correctly. 4) KEEP said appointments!!! Not happy I have been messed about so much. Please remove all my details from your files. Thank you.
