Sam was my midwife when I had my first daughter and the care she gave was incredible. So when I went overdue in my second pregnancy I knew I wanted to try reflexology with Sam. The session was so relaxing and felt like I was having a catch up with a friend. The oil blends smelt amazing and I used them after the session to help me relax. Sam is incredible ⭐️ As I approached a scheduled induction date, I had some Reflex Zone Therapy sessions in an attempt to encourage spontaneous labour. The treatments helped me to relax and focus on my upcoming labour. Sam is professional, knowledgeable, kind and personable. She combines her expertise as a therapist and a midwife and is generous with her time, support and positivity. I’m delighted that, following my treatments, I went into labour naturally before my induction date. I cannot recommend Bloom and Balance highly enough. Navigating the end of pregnancy can be tricky but, with Sam’s help, I felt in control and empowered.
