I ordered a cookie, initially it was delayed due to postal strikes but they refused to refund. Then when they sent it, I did not get notified then it sat in Royal Mail for a week I followed up with Blondies had they sent an email first week in Jan saying order dispatched - they claimed I received notification and it was my problem and would not re issue or refund! Save your money no customer service I’m not the first customer with the issue and I won’t be the last! Go Millie’s guys Blondies are not worth the hassle 0 customer service

Thankfully only paid for delivery due to using the Vodafone code. The cookies are packaged really badly - very unhygienic! They’re literally just in a cardboard box, not sealed in any way. They tasted really oily/kind of chemically. Ate one bite and binned the rest. Glad I didn’t pay full price to be honest!

Won’t buy again and would suggest others to think twice. Delivered with clear signs that a mouse had bit through the box to the cookie. I refused it obviously as that’s absolutely disgusting. Clearly they don’t package well enough and cookies may be contaminated. Unsure if the mouse was in the kitchen that bakes it or got it during transport.
