Shortly after emailing about this I received a helpful phone call and a choice of how I’d like to resolve the error. You don’t get this level of service from many online companies!

First time ordering from Blomster designs, found them whilst searching for an otherwise sold out Georg Jensen candle snuffer for my sisters birthday, and I was glad it was sold out everywhere else as not only did they have the item I needed the website has so many other beautiful things and they offer a good choice of very reasonably priced delivery options . The communication from the time it was ordered to delivery was excellent, it was good to be kept informed as to where it was up to and time it would be delivered etc. When it arrived my sister commented on how beautifully packaged it was. The little touches make all the difference. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
