Nice enough guy, but he didn't actually manage to sort out our drains (or tell us what the issue is), and still got charged £120. I understand other companies don't take payment if they don't fix the issue. Although advertised on his site that he has a drain camera to ascertain issues, apparently this needs to be hired in and costs £350 or so. On a side note, he was a bit messy, lots of dripping pipes on the floor of our our sons bedroom, wouldn't have minded if the problem had been sorted though. To his credit he did remove his shoes when walking through our hallway which had just been varnished.
