If there was a 10 star option I would choose that; Noel was by far the kindest, professional and most helpful plumber I have ever come across. We had to call him on a Saturday, and before coming to see us he spent over 30 mins on the phone talking us through what we could do to solve the problem ourselves at no charge. When that still wasn’t resolved, he drove out of his way to fix the problem and did so within 20 minutes. As a flat with only one bathroom, we were incredibly grateful!! Unlike others in the industry, he genuinely wants to help and is very reasonably priced - all other quotes I received were more than double Noel’s. I would recommend him to anyone and he is my first call for any future issues. Thank you again Noel!
