    I visited this hotel for a short getaway for my anniversary. The staff were all super friendly and the restaurant was just amazing. The waiter was probably the nicest and timely guy I have ever had, so thank you to him! The only real gripe was that the hotel was a bit rough. The floors creaked everywhere I stood in the bedroom and the toilets in the main hotel were poorly maintained. The television wasn't connected to the Internet so apple airplay didn't work, but luckily it would using the android mirror screen. The fan in the room was loud and quite annoying and the window only opened about 150mm, which didn't allow much breeze.

There was nobody at the counter when we entered the spa but a older aged lady came in and to be honest was not friendly in personna or very informative.
