I recently had pointe shoes fitted at the Covent Garden store with Cheska. Cheska was so knowledgeable about pointe shoes and fitted me with bespoke pointes that fit me perfectly. I had been struggling with other shoes and explained my issues to Cheska and her colleague (I didn’t catch her name but she was so helpful and lovely!). They invested so much time and patience in me to find my perfect shoe and in the end Cheska went above and beyond and ordered me custom pointes that would be perfect for my feet. My pointe work has improved drastically with the shoes. I cannot recommend Bloch highly enough to get your shoes fitted!

AVOID!!!! AVOID!!!!! Worst retail service I've ever experienced. DO NOT USE. I have ordered two sizes, 6-8 and the first time and the second time, 8-10. These are sizes for babies, NOT FOR A 6 YEARS OLD GIRL. Their size conversion chart is wrong, but you pay for the return. CHECK TRUSTPILOT REVIEWS!
