    Booked in to have a spray tan for 2 people. When we turned up we had to go across the road to what I can only have described as a derelict building. Opted for the spray tan that you was able to wash off in 4hrs. After 4 hrs we washed the product off as instructed by the tanner, was so disappointed 😞. Most of the tan had washed off completely, left me patchy and streaky and my hands were orange...back and front. The other person's tan came off all together. Telephoned blo by blo and explained of what happened and had to send pictures as proof , that's fine. I was then offered to have it rectified, which I didn't want anymore product on me so I declined, I wanted a refund. All that was offered was a partial refund which wasn't really acceptable as the sprays were not cheap, I accepted as I couldn't be bothered to argue the fact. All I'm saying is beware of these spray tans, they obviously don't work as they should. Also I paid more than what is advertised on there Web page 😡🤬

    I have used this business a few times. I can honestly say I have never left here happy. And now they have closed the sun bed shop after me and my partner purchasing a course. When I contacted them they advised I could use the store while it was closed how could I of known this if they didn’t contact me? But the note from October in the salon said they would be opening again for business and we could use our minutes then. They are now not refunding us. I would not recommend this company.

    I got eyelash extensions and a haircut here earlier this year. I was pleased with the results. There’s a few reasons why I’ve given this place 3 stars and because of this, I have decided to go elsewhere for beauty services: - You have to pay with cash. As I didn’t have any on me, I had to go find an ATM and return to the salon to pay. I saw that this happened with several other customers. It would be helpful and more professional if this is mentioned along with the booking confirmation/notifications so that I could’ve conveniently bought cash along with me. - Although I was pleased with my eyelash extensions with Ruby, I had felt unwelcome the entire duration of my appointment. She wasn’t very friendly and while I was having the treatment, the door to the room was left open and a few ladies sitting directly outside were having a loud gossip session. - I returned to the salon a month later for eyelash infills, again with Ruby. She informed me that it was surprising that so many lashes had fallen out and that it is probably because of my moisturiser which is too oily. I don’t think my moisturiser was the issue however, it would’ve been better to have gotten that advice during the first appointment. Regardless, the way the she spoke to me felt highly critical and I felt very unwelcome which isn’t great when you’re paying for a treatment. It seems like there’s a couple of long-term clients and the salon itself is clean and nice. But I guess it’s not for everybody.

    Booked a hair appointment online, with there being no information that the stylist could only cut to a certain length. When I got there all stylists looked miserable and no customer service skills what so ever. Once sat down was asked what I wanted to be told she couldn’t cut above my shoulders and when I said I didn’t know that when booked had no apology just that she could do that length or rebook. When rebooked the girl who was going to cut it for me next week just looked like she couldn’t think of anything worse so have cancelled my appointment. Went there for a cut before lockdown and service was average and would have hoped they would have learnt some customer service skills by now…or just manners to be honest!!

    Very happy with my colouring done by Elle. However I felt like the lady doing my cut really didn't want me there, very rushed, pulling on my hair and no effort made to make this more comfortable trying to detangle. Ended up with two people blow drying my hair for a rough blow dry - not what you expect when you are paying full price for a cut and blow dry. Finished off by curling using the straighteners to mask the terrible job of the blow dry. Unfortunately I won't use again despite being very happy with my colour. I feel like the only interest was in pleasing their regular clients rather than new ones. Services: Hair coloring, Hairstyling
