    Website says that services include pump outs. After backing in the entrance and tying up beside the pump out point, in full view of the marine office, a staff member wanders out to inform that the service is only for resident boats. No doubt I wasn’t the first to have this experience.

    Lovely friendly little marina. We were made very welcome by the manager and residents. Popped in fr a few days to get my laundry done. Beautifully hot water in the showers, which is unusual in my experience, and the place was kept spotlessly clean. Have given 5 stars, despite the fact I couldn't get coal here, simply because of the welcome.

    Nice area to walk or bike, the tunnel walk up and over the Blisworth tunnel is worth doing. If you're in a boat use the tunnel O a tip for for the hire boaties put your internal lights on and open the curtains it helps keep straight in the very dark tunnel.

    Lovely marina maintained to a high standard amenities are immaculately kept, probably the cleanest I have seen. Nice rural quiet surroundings, staff are always very friendly and helpful. Located just by the junction of the Northampton Arm canal.
