I travelled with my family (young children and elderly grandparents) in February 2023 to perform Umrah. I found br Amr from Mayar Travel exceptionally helpful. He assisted us with the entire process from start to finish and managed to secure hotels in Makkah and Madinah that were located appropriately for travelling with children and the elderly. The support received from Mayar travel even when there were unforseen delays was outstanding. I feel that br Amr really went out of his way to ensure that our group was looked after. I was very apprehensive of booking umrah with a toddler and from day one I was reassured by brother Amr how he would coordinate most of the trip to give least stress to myself. I can absolutely confirm this umrah experience during Feb half term 2023 was thoroughly organised well by Mayar travel and everything went smoothly alhamdulila. I had no hassle at any of the hotels for check in as brother Amr had organised the rooms in advance and to be ready. The airport service was greatly organised and having a driver was very convenient. I was able to focus on my umrah and toddler and had a great sense of peace knowing brother Amr was a WhatsApp message away for any support and help. I would 100% recommend Mayar travel and it was a beautiful memory for us. JazakAllah Khayr.

Mayar Travel organised my first Umrah trip in October 2022. I travelled alone with a group and at first I felt a little apprehensive but Mayar Travel made it very comfortable for me. The whole trip was very well organised, the hotels were beautiful and very close to the Haram. They organised a meeting before hand to give out all the information and instructions. They stayed with the group throughout the trip and during Umrah, Sheikh Anis was with us and was very helpful throughout. Thank you Mr Amr Elkatouri for organising this wonderful and blessed trip and I don't think 5 stars is enough it should be 10/10.
