Used coach companies for many years for private events and this one has to be the most unorganised and unprofessional one I’ve contacted. I called last Tuesday, it was quite late but was given an estimate over the phone but was also asked to email. I sent the email request right after the call. I followed up with a call on Wednesday afternoon and was told they have availability and will send me the quote. I called again Thursday and Friday but no official response. I called again on Monday and was told that my request was in a queue and that they would send my quote by the end of the day. It is now Tuesday and I finally received my quote but now they have no availability!! This is very unprofessional would avoid in the future as it must be the level of service you will receive throughout

My son is using Bliss to go to school. While the bus is nice, they manage to get him to school late very often. They do not seem to be able to put any discipline on parents who are always late. Time to shape up.

Have only interacted with them as an other road user (not a customer) but had really rude drivers, swearing at other road users and blocking junctions and "keep clear" boxes. Deeply unpleasant. Might be offering a good service to customers but you need to be courteous on the road
