Can only speak to the people answering the phone. Spoke to two ladies and they were both rude and unhelpful. Was trying to buy a product they display on their website and they wouldn't provide any information. One lady said she was a manager, but was hard to believe.

I had a recent visit to Bliss Pharmacy at Gloucester Road. Mouhanad (Pharmacist) was extremely helpful, gave excellent advice on medication needed for a family member, and was very polite and respectful to my husband and I. His knowledge on medication/side effects/medical conditions etc was impressive! I would not hesitate to recommend Mouhanad at Bliss Pharmacy Gloucester Road. It was reassuring to get clear advice. The shop appeared to have a wide range of non-prescription good quality items for sale (make-up, sports bandages, vitamins etc) and the shop was clean, air conditioned and had a peaceful welcoming atmosphere.

This is the most terrible pharmacy I have been to in my life. They sell a single Covid test kit at the price of 15 pounds!!! The price is totally insane! They are taking advantage of people’s vulnerability to rob money in the pandemic period. Really the evilest pharmacy in this country! Shame for you!
