i got a call from my auntie thanking me for the flowers from here, they were "absolutely beautiful". ordering them was a joy as i have no idea how to pick the right flowers and the lovely lady on the end of the phone helped me all the way through what to send and so felt the bouquet was much more personal. i even phoned quite late, about three or four-ish but it was no bother to her... if i could give more stars, i really would. thank you so, so much. xo.

I looked Bliss up online and called them for my first time (at 4.45pm) to cheekily ask if they have a bouquet ready, and that I know it’s close to closing time, but could they please deliver it to someone who needed cheering up ☺️ ...The lady I spoke to was really lovely!! She made the bouquet up and delivered it within the hour!! Amazing service!! ...and, stunning flowers too!! Thank you so much 💐 xxx

Such exceptional service. I phoned 5pm on wed to ask for normal bouquet flowers next day delivery, which in current circumstances of lockdown, could be hard pushed or impossible, for a delivery on behalf of my dad to my mum (a special occasion for which would replace a cancelled getaway), and I had phone call from parents to say how over the moon they were with flowers. Excellent service & value for money.
