We've bought several blinds over recent years from Blinds Factory Direct. It's very easy to get a quote and provided you've measured everything correctly the fitting is perfect. The blinds are well made, strong and look great. Mike gives a very personalised service and was responsive to any queries quickly. We wanted blinds to look as much like our existing plantation shutters as possible. On request, thicker tape (for the taped blinds) was provided (though this was at extra cost) and we were able to pay extra for express production and delivery.
