I’ve just had shutters fitted to my sitting room and both bedrooms and the transformation to each room is remarkable. I’m absolutely delighted and would say that it’s one of the best things I’ve had done in my home. I’m so pleased that I would love to have the same shutters fitted to my kitchen bay window in the not too distant future. I was impressed with the customer service from start to finish and the quality of the product is superb. The Covid precautions BATS have brought in are thorough and inspire confidence. Payment administration was efficient. Danny even helped me out with a lift when I had lost my house keys!
