I love the atmosphere of this salon, the workers greet you as soon as you enter the establishment and make sure you are settled. My service was a sew in, which was done under the average time. They braided my hair down quickly and got to work! The hairstyle was done perfectly. I am very happy!

I have never visited the lounge but purchase hair online. I like Bleu Ribbon's quality, which is why I return. Buyers need to be aware that the time frame for delivery can be several weeks, so please order way ahead of when you actually need it to avoid disappointment. I do think the service has improved of late and I have had good contact with the customer service team. Despite their past challenges, I will continue to buy from them. Service: Hair extensions

I have ordered hair several times without issues. My packages have arrived safely in the past. This time however my package was re routed according to the tracking message. I received a message my package was delivered to another city. Perplexed about what happened I responded to the text that I had not received anything and would they please look into it. As I was working in the other city I attempted to visit the post office there but no parking and basically no access. Imagine my joy when I arrived home and the package was at my door. * if I could give no stars I would. This company is so badly run it’s not even funny. I ordered my hair on 14/4 and it’s still not here. I have tried to contact them multiple times and no answer. This hair is for a wedding and I’m experiencing all of this stress. I will not be ordering from them again it’s just not worth it. I will be pitching up and trekking to their store today to try to get some answers since they don’t have any phone listed and won’t answer emails. Avoid this place like the plague please. Don’t come and kill yourself for hair. They will gladly take your money then you have to chase them to get the actual products. I’m sure I can report them under consumer rights legislation. Great quality hair but the worst service it’s so frustrating as your hair always arrives late and they fail to communicate with you about the status of their order. It really holds this business back as the hair is good quality. That being said I’ve just come to accept the terrible service and order well in advance!

The Hair Quality is Best BUT THE SHIPPING TAKES A LIFETIME Is it better by now?!? If not can someoe request quality wise another company that ships to germany?! Hello :), I wanted to ask how long the shipping to Germany takes with you at the moment? So far I have unfortunately had the experience two out of three times that the hair was only sent after 2 months and was with mor in 3 months... I would like to avoid that. Because other UK packages only take 10 days to get to me...maybe things have improved for you? Best Regards
