From my first contact to when ‘ Beryl’ was collected to come home they were knowledgable and helpful and the final renovation from the engine through to body work and trim is beyond my expectations. I took my 1967 splitscreen to Dave and the team at their new workshop in York, for some bodywork and a steering box raise in August this year. With a limited budget, I was after targeted repairs of my paintwork including cills, nearside wheelarch, tailgate, offside rear corner and rear valence. The advice I was offered was spot on and the team understood my aims and worked with my budget. They matched the existing paint colour and blended the repairs in seamlessly. Everyone who has looked at my bus since has said they cannot see where the work has been undertaken which speaks for itself. (Photo attached was taken the week after at Field of Dreams festival in York) The welding work on my steering box raise looks good and everything was properly seam sealed and painted afterwards. Now I'm not gritting my teeth everytime I see a speed bump! I visited the workshop a couple of times throughout the works and was always met by a friendly and enthusiastic team.
