    This company took my money without doing the work. Not a reliable or trustworthy in my view. I'd made a booking and a fee was taken upfront. Checking my account, the payment was taken by Blenheim Motors. After the time fixed for the booking mechanic left me a missed call. When I called back he told me the couldn't make it. The work needed be done urgently so I needed to go elsewhere. The problem for me now is I've been advised the money I paid won't be returned immediately. In my view, it's a dishonest way of doing business, I won't use them in future.

    The moment I drove my car away after my MOT test (which failed), it started making strange noises. I called immediately to complain and was told it could not have been them. I took my car to another garage and surely enough, something had gone wrong with my car while it was being looked at for MOT. Then we discovered that my bonnet would not open anymore. I had to take my car elsewhere and pay again to do the MOT retest.
