Absolutely shocked and gutted with the response I received from BLE. I am a mum trying to drop my young children off at school with my baby and one of their drivers have selfishly parked over 2 spaces in an extremely busy car park. I have called up to ask their driver to please park correctly as I just don't understand why anyone would park this way and they hung up me. I did call again to voice my opinion on how rude and unprofessional it was all due to a selfish driver who would have clearly known he wasn't parking correctly. Not only that his work colleague was in the parking space right next to him and parked correctly. Absolutely Idiotic. In reply to your comment: Your reply just shows that you are not taking responsibly of the stupidity of your colleague. You never once mentioned anything about a lock when I phone you. you just hung up on me. As for pictures of the car park and lots of free spaces.. those photos would have been taken once the car park was empty. After dropping my child off I actually went into the carpark restaurant to have breakfast so fully entitled to be in the car park. Besides all of the explanations, none of it matters. I am just shocked that you were so rude and hung up on me. As a business it is extremely unprofessional and rude.
