Purchased a bike online from these guys. The service was first rate, great communication from them which was all personal and not automated. Between me ordering a bike and receiving it was less than 2 days and that was delivered! What is really impressive though was there quality of the build. I am a part time bike mechanic and very OCD with respect to bikes. This is the first time I’ve bought a bike and not had to correct a mistake in build. That attention to detail is rare now. So I 100% recommend this place.

I was nothing but a complete pain in the backside to them throughout the purchase of my eMTB, with loads of emails beforehand and afterwards. Nothing seemed like too much trouble for them, and Will, Patrick and the team always responded and were so helpful, courteous and friendly. Proper customer service, done right. David really took his time to explain the differences between the Rail models which helped me make up my mind. Very relaxed conversation and no pushy sales tactics - something I had experienced at other local bike shops. Extremely helpful and genuine which means everything, they held the bike for me whilst I got my cycle scheme voucher which took a lot longer than expected. Communication was fantastic and I must say a personal thanks to Will for being so great. Free delivery of the bike also, to my workplace.
