    I have been a member of Blaze Fitness in Fleet for a year now and from the moment I joined I was made to feel so welcome by both the instructors and the other members. I am not the fittest (even less so when I joined) but have never felt self conscious or awkward about it as everyone supports and encourages each other. The sessions are fun but professionally delivered and its just a really great environment to get fit in. I would highly recommend Blaze to anyone who is looking to get fit but doesn't like going to the gym. Every session is different and I look forward to each one.

    I've been attending Blaze since the first few sessions and never looked back. The gym bores me but this group is varied in exercise, abilities and personalities. Various days / times of the week available which suits me as a shift worker with a little relaxed run session thrown in for good measure. Instructors are very knowledgeable with varied sessions, catering for all abilities and supportive of people coming back from injury (myself being one of these people a few weeks ago). Come along and you'll soon be hooked!!

    Being one who never got on with a gym, participating in outdoor fitness sessions with Blaze and their instructors has transformed my exercise regime and worked wonders on fitness and body tone. All sessions are unique, suitable for all abilities and the instructors are all extremely supportive. Great crowd turns up. You'll work hard, but you'll have fun with it. Definitely recommend to anyone to give Blaze a go.
