What is your policy on sick children attending the creche?

We have a strict policy that sick children should not attend the creche to prevent the spread of illness to other children and staff members. If a child becomes ill while at the creche, we will contact the parent or guardian to arrange for the child to be picked up as soon as possible.

Are your staff trained in first aid and early childhood education?

Yes, all of our staff members are trained in both first aid and early childhood education. We believe that it is important for our staff to have the knowledge and skills necessary to provide the best care possible for the children in our care.

What activities do you offer for children of different ages?

We offer a wide range of activities that are age-appropriate and designed to promote learning and development. For younger children, we focus on activities that help develop their motor skills, while for older children, we offer more advanced activities that promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

How do you communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities?

We have an open-door policy and encourage parents to communicate with us at any time. We also provide daily updates on each child's activities and progress, and we hold regular meetings with parents to discuss their child's development and any concerns they may have. Additionally, we have an online portal where parents can access information about their child's activities and progress.

I have not had a great experience here and certainly would not recomend to anyone. My little one was on the waiting list from January to start in March and I had a call on the day of his settling in session to say there was not a space for him until May now. The manager was apologetic but did not offer me a solution. This was very disruptive, I had to cancel many meetings and feel like I let my employer down after recently returning from maternity leave.
