If you live off the grid and have your own water supply or bore hole, then you need this team in your life. They are super helpful and responsive. I've been using them for years and highly recommend them. For advice on systems or bespoke design on a new one, they are aces. I designed our own system and bought all the bits from them. Have learnt loads from the team about how to run and service mine. Even today, my uv transformer broke, and I went straight there to get a replacement with some tips and upgrades to make mine better.
