I ordered a toy on the bladez website. They sent me the wrong toy. They refunded me the money I paid, but they refused to reimburse me the £20 postage cost I paid to return the toy. As they did a mistake on my order it is a disgrace that they did not refund me the postage cost, and that I had to pay for their mistake. Will never again buy a toy on their website. Amazon offer all the toys they are selling. And amazon return policy is amazing as they directly come and collect any wrong or faulty item at your home and immediately refund you everything. Do not buy on Bladez... buy on Amazon
