Hopeless service. Avoid. I tried them again after a bad experience some years back. This time we purchased a Tracer from them one Saturday with a promise it would be delivered on the Monday. No communication was received until we chased them...the bike ultimately turning up on the following Saturday. There was no information to enable us to insure it... that eventually arrived later that day when we complained. The bike was dirty, not really what you expect from a new bike. We purchased a new screen... some months later we are still waiting for it to be delivered - they say they don't understand as it has a screen - we say we have paid for it! (We have).
