Danny Davies not customer friendly salesman. Poor quality of service fallowed by lack of knowledge of what is he selling. 2 stars only for bike beeing delivered(at buyer expence) , but soon I got to use it it started showing battery problems (bike 1 year old). Poor camera skills (poor quality video) trying to hide faults of bike. Levers on bike wasn't adjusted to correct position. In two weeks of delivery bike had problems starting and service light come on after legitably having a service done before sale but is it really? After contacting the team offered a service cost reinstatement but when come to that they changed their mind and don't keep their word. Constantly apologies for his mistakes. Just a avarage salesman, no attitude to make sales pleasant to buyer just think of how quick he can make a sale. Think twice before dealing with Danny. I won't be comming there again!!

Yet another satisfied customer. For months I've been visiting Blade Honda and looking at bikes and asking lots of questions as I couldn't decide between Honda and BMW. Any of the staff I spoke to were always smiling willing to help. When I finally made my decision to buy one of their bikes Danny made the process nice and easy. No pushing into buying other unwanted products or services as some other dealerships do. We had straight forward conversation about what I was expecting and what my budget was and as a result I now have the best "value for price" machine within my budget. Thanks guys. J
