A fairytale-like part of The New Forest. Let me tell you something; come here when there's a guarantee of sunshine and blue skies and trust me, it's an experience you'll never ever forget. The trees are magnificent in all their glory and though the walk is short, you'll be stopping to admire the sheer breadth of the conifers around you. A treasure of within the beautiful British Isles, that's for sure.

This car park is pretty central for any one who wants to enjoy the forest. It’s at the start of some lovely walks. There are adequate seating and table areas. There are restrooms but when we visited they were quite dirty and stinky. Having visited a n the Easter holidays there where a lot of cars waiting to occupy the limited parking slots. The waiting was justified by the sole set of the area. On the day there was an ice-cream van.

Lovely walking the Tall Trees Trail + Arboretum. Sadly no parking here when we arrived so parked in the Brock Hill carpark and started the trail there. Still, free parking, toilet amenities and despite a full carpark it didn't feel too crowded. Lovely flat walk, muddy in places (expected). Would definitely recommend and will visit again!
