I am so thankful that I chose blackstone to complete my full building survey as Omar was brilliant, professional and very helpful from start to finish. Omar was incredibly knowledgable about all aspects of the building and put a huge amount of time and effort into producing the most thorough report I have ever received. He really knows his stuff; he outlined all the issues present and gave detailed information on rectifying these as well as having multiple meetings with me to discuss the findings. Omar gave excellent advice on additional areas and even highlighted things that my solicitor had overlooked to ensure that I had all the correct information for my house purchase. Omar had a fantastic standard of work throughout. I am just very sorry that I didn’t instruct Omar on my previous purchases where many things were missed.
