This is a long overdue endorsement of what a brilliant job Blackstone did with our kitchen. It’s fair to say we endured the most disastrous extension known to man which was halted by covid, changes of builders and general nightmares. Ours was a very small job compared to what Blackstone normally take on but rather than withdraw from the project Lauren took the extra time given by the delays to redesign the kitchen around our evolving plans, creating something even more special for us. The attention to detail that’s put into their kitchens is staggering. Each team of guys that came to tackle different elements of the fit were hugely skilled and professional, taking absolute care and pride in the job they were doing to ensure a perfect finish. Lauren, Joey, Sam and Chris especially treated this small project just as I’m sure they would the larger schemes even though we caused them massive and continual headaches over a period of nearly two years. I really think it’s testament to the company and them as people that they stuck with us. They’re a lovely supportive team who know their jobs inside out which is just what you need when dealing with the stresses and vagaries of a building project. We are over the moon with the end result and never thought we would get to wake up and come down to such a beautiful space each day. Thank you to all at Blackstone for the hard work, skill and kindness in making this happen for us - we’re immensely grateful.

Had a beautiful kitchen fitted 4.5 years ago. Had a problem with a drawer set recently. After a couple of calls to Blackstone Kitchens they arranged a site visit for Ben, one of their carpenters. I have to say I have never had such amazing customer service and a great job done. Thank you Blackstone for going way beyond! Your after sales service rocks, come to think of it your installer did a great job. All in all I highly recommend this company!!!

I can wholeheartedly recommend working with Blackstone kitchens. The finished product is both beautiful and practical, we are extremely happy. James has assembled a highly skilled team from the designers to fitters and decorators. He has a real enthusiasm for what he does and it shows in the service that is delivered. Lauren our kitchen designer possessed saint like patience as I struggled to make my mind up on certain aspects of the kitchen and her wealth of knowledge along with Sam’s of what works, the best appliances to use and paint colours made things much easier. What you get from working with Blackstone is an ongoing relationship, once your kitchen is finished they are there to help with any issues that arise. For example, when our daughter fell on top of our open dishwasher door they came out and fixed it for me, a thoughtful and most appreciated gesture. We are very satisfied customers and would like to thank the Blackstone team for all their efforts, you simply can’t go wrong with a Blackstone kitchen. I found the company via a friend, but their online reviews speak for themselves.

I recently had a Blackstone kitchen fitted. James and Patrick were great, absolutely delighted and couldn’t be happier with everything they recommended . The fitters Graham and Andy were just as good, finished the kitchen on schedule and went above and beyond with the finer details. I would 100% recommend this company, excellent service from start to finish. Just wanted to say a big thank you to all the Blackstone staff. I had my kitchen fitted nearly 4 years ago and with 3 children, it was looking a bit tired. I contacted James and within days Joey from the office contacted me and promptly sent a decorating team to my home. Obviously at cost my kitchen now looks like the day it was finished and I am absolutely delighted. Again, a bit thank you to James, Joey and the Blackstones team.
