After Open Reach would not install a line to our property i was forced to look else ware. I came across Blackspot in Google and approached them for advice, Andrew was my contact and was professional and knowledgeable proposing a 4G router and outside aerial, the building has a high level of foil based insulation and blocks all radio signals. We were promised 15gig so enough to run general browsing and streaming in real world we get up to 80gig and all timed 45-60gig so way over the estimated speed depending on weather. Highley recommended company.

After some research it was clear we needed an external 4g antenna/router combination to get the best broadband in our rural location. Spoke to Andrew and the team on several occasions. For a non techy like me they made the whole process very easy to understand. I received my bundle and set about testing with the locations I had been given. Nothing could have been easier. The last location proved to be the best 75 mb upload and similar download. Considering we were putting up with 14 mb at best previously you can imagine how happy we were. Thank you for all your help.
