So I bought a car from blacksmiths garage and can I just say from the first phone call to buying the car it was 1 of my best purchases.. Graham was wonderful to deal with .. made me feel safe and confident .. wouldn't let me take car until in perfect condition .. mot'd car and didn't even leave an advisory... all work that needed doing was done .. even changed water pump and cam belt and few other bits and bats .. after all that he even gave me 6 months warranty ..seriously I would defo recommend buying from blacksmiths garage and can guarantee best service from graham and co.. thank you again

Blacksmith garage, where they hammer away issues, stoke the fires of fortune and reforge Ill fate into serenity and adventure. Perhaps a little cheesy for a google review, but these guys really saved my backside. They fixed my car on a moments notice, supplying me with a courtesy car and having an issue solved while giving me 100% peace of mind. 10/10 garage. Sob story to follow if you want to read on. Either way, use this garage. Even if you're driving from York, use this garage. Sob story: on a holiday break in Stamford Bridge to take a few days away from the stress of selling a house. 5 minutes into my drive for a day out, I smell a bad burning smell. I pull over in to The fox pub in Stockton in the forest. My passenger side tyre, breaks and disc are hotter than an oven - I've no idea how my tyre didn't pop. I let the car cool down and notice Blacksmiths just a few minutes away. I pop in and I'm greeted by Cas whom I explain the situation to, he asks me to pull my car on to their forecourt for an inspection. a few mechanic humms and awws later and he has an action plan; leave the car overnight (as was16:30 by this time) and we will strip it first thing in the morning, diagnose the fault and come back to you with a quote. And here's a courtesy car so that you can carry on and still get about. 12 o'clock the next day my car was fixed ready to rock and roll for a very good price. My holiday wasn't interuppted and all things considered I had a great couple of days. Stress free, hassle free, quick fix, good price.what more could you ask for? Cannot recommend this garage enough.
