I had a worrying intermittent fault on my Suzuki Jimny making it unreliable. I rang Holly at Blackshaws and disappointingly she was fully booked for the next 7 days but an hour later she rang me back to say she had a cancellation and they could see me that day! The car went in and the fault was diagnosed immediately, parts ordered and the work completed the following morning. Absolutely first class efficient service all round I am delighted.
