I came across this company online as I was searching for a car. I decided to pay them a visit and received exceptional customer service. Rosco was very helpful with no pressure into buying. Told me everything I needed to know. Was quoted a fair price and rosco made the collection of the car suit me with also putting the car on reserve for me prior. Within a couple of hours after collection I received an email explaining what I needed to do next in order to have my car on the road incase I didn’t know. I don’t know if Ross was aware that the van he sold us had a cracked AdBlue tank which will cost over £1000 to replace. It could be an unlucky coincidence that the warning light came on within five minutes of driving away. However I think it’s fair to say that although he seems a nice guy you can’t rely on him to do a thorough check of the vehicles he sells so if you are considering a purchase from Blackrock Motors getting your own thorough check of mechanics and bodywork is essential

Met Ross after initial enquiring about Audi A5... had spoke to a few other people and dealers to view theirs...Ross called myself to inform me that engine management light came on...I personally loved his honesty and came to view his vehicle first...I found Ross to be an honest charismatic gentleman who is true to hus word...after test drive we agreed a price..Ross the legend that he is sorted the issue with the management light 💡...even picked me up from the train stain...I’ll be honest i bought myself an aspirational vehicle for a reasonable price from Ross who in my humble opinion is a rare commodity as he is true to his word and honest...Highly Recommended

Bought a Corsa from him very nice and friendly at first told me nothing wrong with car etc. And had not mentioned that the car has not been modified. Trouble turned me down when fitting the black box as claimed that the car had been modified, so I went to Vauxhall dealership to get an inspection. Turned out that the car had a lowered suspension on the car which he had not specified. Called him up for him to raise it as he had not specified it or mentioned it even though I had proof from Vauxhall. On the phone he was very aggressive and was not interested in the car and saying I should pay for the mistakes he made. Turns into a very nasty man, not worth wasting your time or waste your money to risk buying a car from here.

Ross. Mr Nice Guy- when his hand is outstretched for your money. Instantly turns into an aggressive nasty piece of work, if there's a problem with the vehicle. My best advice is to avoid this individual and his vehicles.
