Absolutely brilliant customer care from the guy working in the shop. Complete knowledge of legislation and guidance to help navigate the pitfalls that may arise with certain products. Took time with us as we asked questions and not once did it feel it was too much effort for him. Highly recommend even visiting the shop just to experience the vast array of interesting and unique items that you wouldn't normally encounter on the high street. Not often you interact with a person who actually cares about their product range in this way... good luck.

Poor customer service the guy behind the counter was to busy talking to a friend to offer any assistance. I drove specifically into Blackpool to come to this shop to buy a whole airsoft kit for myself to join my son in his games. I felt as if I was not welcome at all!
