Absolute lifesavers! Can’t praise these guys enough! 😀 Our washing machine broke down a few days ago. Tried to get it repaired by the Washer Centre. The owner came around, wiggled the drum a bit, said it needs replacing and charged us a £30 call out fee ( even though we live 0.9 miles away from the shop). Not bad for bad a 2 minute job. So furious! I probably paid for his Chinese takeaway. Talk about “getting rinsed”. I was about to buy one from Argos but, luckily, I looked around online and found the Blackheath Home Appliance. Steve, the owner, is a fair, friendly and honest man - very knowledgeable too. We got this machine at a bargain price and had the machine delivered, fitted and the old one taken away ( super speedy service too!). The washing machine is in perfect working order and it’s quiet too. Really impressed! I wish I’d gone to the Blackheath Home Appliance shop first, but they’ll definitely be my first port of call next time. Thank you so much 😀You saved us a fortune and I’ll definitely recommend you to friends / family
