The team headed by Ravi are simply fantastic! Ravi is a total perfectionist and has worked really hard to get my eye prescription correct-and its complicated-trust me! (even the consultant eye surgeon at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London told me his prescription was on the ticket)! The reception staff are totally brilliant too- welcoming and very friendly-they have made me feel so at ease-thank you! Everyone at the opticians is very friendly from the moment you arrive. It's a nice and relaxing environment. The examination itself was first class. There was no rushing, Deepak took his time and explained every part of the process. I felt completely at ease and involved. It's very interesting to see the different parts of your eye on the screen too.

I was recommended to Annupe at Blackheath Eyecare and I received the most in-depth eye examination and advice I have ever experienced after attending opticians for eye care for the last 51 years! I was told that i did not need to upgrade my glasses and the problems I was experiencing, which I thought were due to cataracts, have been eased by applying the eye drops which were given to me. The Assistants were equally as attentive and extremely helpful. I was so impressed I made an appointment for my husband who received the same wonderful care with a follow up scheduled for 6 months to monitor a possible issue. Somehow... against all odds he made a routine medical procedure enjoyable, fun and educational! My son now has no concerns about future eye tests.
