This was the most amazing supportive place to join when I decided I needed to sort out my fitness. I started as a very good runner but no body strength for weights etc and after doing the 8 week shred course I am so much leaner and have a better all round fitness level. Shred was what I needed as an accountability weight loss programme. I lost over 10kg and have maintained this whilst still being a member of the classes, that are super flexi. I Just did one in the freezing cold but we still found a way of enjoying it together. Lovely people and a great community to be a part of. Sally and her team do an amazing job.

I did autumn shred 2022. If you want to loose fat/weight and know you will need a lot of support and accountability to achieve your goals shred is for you - it works!! Also, is so much more than a ‘diet’. Calorie counter is a part of it but lots more learning along the way, as well as the community support and bootcamps for exercise.

Just completed Autumn shred with Sally and team. I'm thrilled with the results, lost 10% of body weight in 8 weeks and don't feel deprived like I usually do on other weight loss programmes, plus much better results. Amazing value, includes two classes a week exercising on the beautiful blackheath, meeting lots of friendly locals all keen to share progress and tips. Sally's approach is science based, sensible and I expect to be long term. Couldn't recommend enough and I've tried a lot of programmes over the years, give it a go!

I've done the last two shreds with Sally and a huge bunch of wonderful people all with a shared mission and it's been SO much fun! I've lost more weight than ever and am heading into my mid forties feeling healthier than I've ever felt and lighter than I've ever been. It's sustainable, fun, inclusive and I'd highly recommend it. Everything is on your terms and is set to fit into your life so it's more likely to stick.

I have just completed the 'Summer Shred' Programme and lost almost 4kg. The programme along with the bootcamps and exercises have been amazing, I've felt very supported throughout my whole journey and will continue to attend bootcamps at Blackheath as they are fun and there is such a friendly feel to them! Sally lets you go at your own pace but is great a gently pushing you to reach your goals. I have been going for 3 years on and off and never feel pressured to attend classes!
