We went for one of the medieval food lecture and banquet events and it was amazing. Very insightful, and the food was absolutely incredible as it followed the "rules" of medieval cooking as closely as could be. We then spent some time in the new courtyard out the back and enjoyed some glorious weather as the sun went down. We've never had a bad experience here.
