FAQ

What routes do your ferries operate and what is the schedule?

Our ferries operate on the River Thames and offer several routes connecting different piers in London. The schedule differs for each route, but we have a timetable available on our website for passengers to check.

What types of vehicles can be transported on your ferries?

We can transport cars, motorcycles, bicycles, and vans on our ferries. However, the size and weight of the vehicles may affect availability and pricing. We recommend checking with our customer service team for more information.

How much does it cost to transport a vehicle and/or passengers?

The cost of transporting a vehicle and/or passengers varies depending on the route, vehicle size, and passenger count. We have a pricing guide available on our website, but we also recommend contacting us directly for a quote.

What safety measures do you have in place for passengers and vehicles?

We take the safety of our passengers and their vehicles very seriously. Our ferries are regularly inspected and maintained to ensure they are in good working order. We also have life jackets and other safety equipment onboard, and our crew is trained in emergency procedures.

What is your policy in case of delays or cancellations?

In the event of a delay or cancellation, we will do our best to inform passengers as soon as possible. If a ferry is cancelled, we will offer a full refund or the option to transfer to another ferry. If a delay causes passengers to miss a connecting service, we will do our best to arrange alternative transportation.

It was a relatively calm pier and the boat ride was calm and not really problematic. I wish I didn’t have to get off so soon.

Appalling service since Uber took over. Myself and a woman with a very young and tired baby waited for the 1611 boat only to discover, via an Eastbound boat member of staff, that it had been cancelled. We then waited for the next one, to be told by an Uber pier member of staff (who hadn't been around earlier) that this boat had been cancelled too. There was absolutely no notification on the boards about these cancellations and when we asked about refunds, we were told "You'll be lucky!" Am really unimpressed. We don't blame the solitary member of staff, we blame the company. Get your act together.

The waiting area is covered from rain and boarding the boat is wheelchair accessible. The tickets are easily bought at a vending machine by the pier, rather expensive, but very convenient. The ride was smooth and significantly faster than making the same trip by other means.
