One of the best GP practices I have ever been registered with. Their doctors and nurses (especially Dr Novak and Dr Farook) are incredible, they listen and take all my issues seriously. I was referred very quickly for some investigations which I was quite worried about during Covid and I can’t thank them enough for that. I have also had a recent neurodiversity diagnosis which Dr Novak took super seriously and spent a long time talking to me about. Thank you so much

I’ll be honest, all the call backs I’ve had have been prompt when I’ve actually managed to get an appointment and the doctors etc are fab. The reception however…you may as well not ever bother calling as your call won’t be answered. I am waiting on some results and I’ve called them about 6 times today each time no answer but I’m number 1 in the queue every time, shows they just aren’t answering the phone.

I have been a patient in this practice since 2015. Dr Farouq was originally my GP. He always dealt with matters with care no matter how busy the practice was. Dr Iqbal, Dr Chowdury and Dr Khanna were amazing addition to this busy practice. Always managed to get appointment via AskMy GP and at times much earlier than I expected. It was always a delight to receive a phone call from any GP here, no matter what stage of life I was at. Thank you everyone

Receptionist is absolutely awful. Shes rude and Is extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. People go into the doctors with something wrong and the least they can do is smile at their customers! Awful.

I love this GP. I wouldn't want to ever leave. They have helped me through so much. All the staff are always kind and approachable. I never feel judged or looked down on even when I behave unusually. 10/10 Always clean. Always stocked with pamphlets. Good communication digitally and in person.
