We went to their 'everything must go' sale, the website confirming that everything within the store had to go for a retirement sale. I'd seen the reviews of how rude some of the staff were but thought it was nothing more than the usual keyboard warriors we're all too familiar with! Even at half price most things are still astronomically expensive - that aside, we found a small trolley (needing repair) with a £10 sticker on it. When we got to the counter the cashier said it wasn't for sale - not an issue if he'd just said the sticker had got there by error, but his comments that 'im not for sale, the windows aren't for sale' and general demeanor left me with one overriding opinion... It's unlikely Blackbrook Interiors is closing down due to retirement, and more likely because they haven't got a clue how to treat members of the public. Good riddance!
