I got in touch with Emily for a project that involved creating a video including a collection of my products. From start to finish I can’t express how impressed I was with the level of professionalism, detail, communication and overall customer service. I had never done anything like this before and Emily went out of her way to make every step of the project as easy as possible. During it all I made a few changes to the video (absolutely no fault of Emily’s) and I was always greeted with a friendly, patient and professional service.
