This oven is incredible, tried for the first time yesterday and blown away at the results and how easy it was to use. Am pretty new to trying to perfect pizzas so they can only improve from here. This product is an utter waste of money and should not be purchased for domestic use. When pointing out that the stones do not get hot enough in a domestic oven, the company agreed. The customer service was as appalling as the product - I would strongly advise against purchasing this or dealing with the company!

Overall, very happy with the bulk purchase (29 units) of the Black Rock Grill. We purchased these for customer Christmas gifts and had our company logo branded into them. They turned out really great, and our rep, David, was really great to work with! He was very prompt on his replies, and the actual production and arrival of the products was quicker than I thought. The only negative I have was the price of shipping - almost $1,000 to ship these was extremely expensive!
