I ordered an item 4 days ago, first class royal mail, still no delivery. I understand and accept that Royal Mail are extremely stretched at present, they are not the issue. My 1 star rating reflects the level of customer service I received from Black Rifle themselves. I contacted Black Rifle during their working hours to ask for an update on where the goods my be, I received an excuse that the person I was talking to was unable to help as they were not 'in the office/shop', why is that person answering the phone then? I received further poor customer service by being told I need to wait 14 days from purchase before they will look into where my goods are, I find this timescale ridiculously long compared to most other establishments. I requested to cancel the order, they refused to, or to contact royal mail additionally I was told I need to wait for the item to be delivered (if it ever arrives or has actually been sent), I would also need to arrange and pay for the return postage. This is my first and only time shopping with Black Rifle, I would never use this company again and would warn people to shop elsewhere to ensure a good level of customer service is received.
