Our cancellation policy for party bike rentals is as follows: if the rental is cancelled more than 14 days before the rental date, there is no penalty. If the rental is cancelled between 7-14 days before the rental date, there is a 50% penalty. If the rental is cancelled within 7 days of the rental date, there is a 100% penalty. There is no fee for rescheduling as long as it is done more than 14 days before the rental date.

We take safety very seriously and have several measures in place for our party bike rentals. All of our drivers are fully licensed and insured, and the bike is regularly maintained and inspected.
