Drinks & food expensive in my opinion. Great service & lovely staff. This is a restaurant not a pub. Only one seating table inside if all you want is a drink. Great outdoors seating area but it's got to be warm. Rooms : 3/5 | Service : 5/5 | Location : 3/5 … More

I dined there with my partner and our 21 month old daughter at around 6pm on a weekend. Fantastic food and a reasonably priced drinks menu. Friendly and professional staff. Will definitely return if we find ourselves back in the area.

Maybe short staffed or maybe just taken on more than they could cope with but the staff and service were dreadful. Our table wasn’t reserved for us so we were just told to wait until the other people left… we just hung around for half hour because the manager didn’t understand the concept of reserving a table or letting the customers know it was booked for later. Every time I tried to sort this or get us sat down somewhere the staff either told me they had nothing to do with the food side and to just wait or the manager just looked at me like I was a massive problem. Food was average with Yorkshire puddings very overdone. 1 scoop of ice cream brought as a desert worth £6! Sent back to sort out. Had to ask for spoons after desert was brought and they were dumped on the end of the table with the waitress not saying a word. Unfortunately there were a few of us that would never return. Pricey and almost like a faulty towers experience bb
