Black Gold offer a very good range of well priced cards, however the customer service is by far the worst experienced. I have placed two orders, the first was correctly and timely received. The second order of 20 cards, contained 12 cards that I did not order. I am assuming that they did not have the cards I had requested and sent through substitutes. Unfortunately, the substitutes were definitely not of my liking and perhaps an initiative that should have been applied. I emailed Black Gold cards, received no reply. I then followed through with a call. The answer phone message was very sharp and curt, but I followed the instruction of sending through an email. Black gold cards agreed to reimburse me for the 12 incorrect cards. I responded to state "thank you, will you do this through the original credit card. I look forward to continuing business with you. Kind regards" the response received from Black Gold was as follows "I never ever want to deal with you ever again! Please go away!! A poxy £12, yo are a joke" There is clearly something very strange with this person.

I originally ordered approx 20 Christmas Cards and i ’m still waiting for a refund after paying twice for a delivery charge, once when I ordered and again when I had to pay Royal Mail the £3.50 charge which was not paid. On top of that, I received scrunched up envelopes in the delivery. I have emailed twice asking for the delivery charge back and some sort of compensation for the faulty goods and have been completely ignored. Please be mindful when dealing with this company as they are quick to take your money, but not so quick to refund. I have only given them 1 star to allow me to post, but they do not deserve any.

I purchase number balloons and asked for rose gold. Was given Matalic pink and the cheek of the sales women saying that o look mischievous/trouble. Indirectly she was calling me a thief politely. The wickedest thing she was the one deceiving me as the colour is balloons wasn’t what I asked for, . She said I had to pay prior to inflating the balloons as previous customers have decided they don’t want the balloons after being inflated. After noticing that she gave me coke that i did not ask for I can see why customers decided they did not want the balloon. In my opinion she is a jinal/ trickster, if I choose to buy anything from there again she will see a different side to me. She confused the whole situation had me waiting but yet she wanted me to pay first but did not say directly so l. Bad customer s service
