Black Event Hire are an exceptional company with a phenomenal team who provide good old fashioned professional customer service. I have been using Blacks services for at least 15 years and have never been disappointed. As ever in hospitality, things can go a little pear-shaped (despite hours of planning!)... you may suddenly need extra chairs or to change table sizes... or your cloths haven’t been delivered by your linen company, or (and this does happen) to move venue... and in all these instances Blacks support you brilliantly! From David’s matter of fact “don’t worry we’ll sort it”, to lovely Cathy’s quick responses to coordinate all your hire needs, right down to every fantastic delivery person I’ve ever dealt with... their belt and braces approach gives you complete confidence your needs will be met and more often than not exceeded! I recommend Black Event Furniture hire to anyone in the hospitality industry... but don’t take my word for it, try them!
