Just had a very interesting phone conversation with our so called Customer Relations Manager Sally Anne Garner - I phoned her to clarify the supposed RULES & that I had a complaint of Noise Nuisance of Number 73 & that I am constantly being kept awake EVERY night by them resulting in disturbed sleep or lack of sleep.. ONLY to be told by Her that I had to PUT UP WITH IT - HOW RUDE IS THAT ? ? & that She wasnt going to do anything about it - I thought the Job description of a Customer Relations Manager was to take every complaint seriously & to act upon it for the safety & well being of EVERY TENANT.... Clearly NOT in this case she obviously puts favouritism first Every Tenant has rights & mine is to have a peaceful nights sleep same as everyone else & To be just told " That I Have To Put Up With It " is not only Rude , Unprofessional but Down Right Unacceptable being spoken to like that sorry my mistake thought it was your Job I wont bother you again !

I came to Braeburn house in January 2020. I hardly had time to get accustomed to the way things worked, and meeting folks, when I was shielded till 2021. I got very settled here, but having been in lockdown so long, it was so different when our warden Tracy started all sorts of new things, which was good. But, it was completely overshadowed by Christmas 2021. We had a lovely elf to raffle and a teddy bear to name etc., although I did tell Tracy I thought the bottle stall was fixed, cause I never got a bottle bag! There was always bingo, and although I am not a bingo fan, I won some so can’t grumble. So much going on, the full English breakfast on 23rd December and our tenants lunch on 29th which were scrumptious and very moorish, and with food leftover after the lunch, several people got an extra meal the following day! We had raffles, and lots of chats when lots of us got together, too many sweets, tea and coffee bought to you, it was to say the least a surfeit but very happy and satisfying time, with friends old and new, and with Tracy and Andy making it all complete. Thank you both, and if I have missed anything out, sorry, put it down to being shielded so long. Can I also say thank you to the lovely people of Braeburn house, Janice always there to explain things, all my friends, too many to name, for all their friendship and help. Can’t wait till the next Tracy occasion, but please let me have.a bottle bag! Denise morgan

Medical Waste are being dumped on regular basis around their properties. Residents are fed up but they refused to do anything about it.

To get through to the correct number for an housing officer was a repeated robotic automated voice saying they are in a meeting giving 15 minutes each time I have up at 4 hours in a meeting, so deciding to phone reception only again with a repeated message running through the menu that lasted another half an hour on hold and still not getting though. Not good when you have limited money. Obviously I'm not that important.
